GOAT Swim Team is a fantastic program. The coaches are supportive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping swimmers improve their technique and confidence. The team environment is positive and motivating, and my child has grown both in skill and discipline since joining. Highly recommend for families looking for a strong, well-run swim team in the Winter Park area.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family has had such a positive experience with GOAT SWIM. My son, Emmanuel, has been swimming with the SR Elite team since August (about five to six months), and the growth we’ve seen has been incredible. The small class environment and individualized attention truly set this team apart. The one-on-one technique evaluations have helped Emmanuel correct so many aspects of his stroke, and it has made a noticeable difference—he has dropped time and grown tremendously as a swimmer overall. One thing we especially appreciate is how Coach Rocco videos the swimmers during meets and then takes the time to review the footage with them. Being able to see their technique and talk through what they can improve for next time has been such a valuable learning tool. Overall, this has been a very positive experience for our entire family. Emmanuel is excited, confident, and motivated—he now has all his flat cuts and is on the road to another successful state championship. We are incredibly grateful for this team and truly pray it continues to thrive. GOAT SWIM has been a blessing to our family, and we highly recommend it.

Our daughter has been training with Coach Rocco and this swim team for over four years, and the growth we’ve seen during that time has been truly remarkable. She began as a dedicated age-group swimmer and, through consistent coaching, support, and high expectations, has developed into a nationally ranked athlete. That kind of progression doesn’t happen by accident; it’s a direct reflection of the quality of coaching and the culture of the program. Coach Rocco brings a rare combination of technical expertise, motivation, and genuine care for his athletes. GOAT has been a great club for my son to develop as a swimmer. I appreciate the value the coaches place on him as a total person, not just a swimmer. He is noticed, known, and valued on the team. And he's getting faster and stronger every week!

We love G.O.A.T.! The team is extremely professional and patient, and we especially want to thank William and Rocco, the coaches, for their dedication and kindness. Our kids enjoy every class and have made tremendous progress in a short time. The atmosphere is safe, motivating, and fun.
